Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of raidcal.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived: what we sell, what we guarantee, what we do not, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Este documento está disponível em inglês. A versão em português está em preparação; enquanto isso, vale o texto em inglês.

1. Who we are

raidcal.com is operated by the holder of the RaidCal trade name, registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). Our registration details are filed with our payment providers and are supplied in writing on request to [email protected].

raidcal.com is a marketplace. The accounts offered on it are listed by sellers: we do not own them, we do not play them, and we are not the publisher of any game they belong to. Our part of the deal is the platform, the payment in the middle and the dispute if one becomes necessary.

Where a listing is sold by a seller, we hold the payment until you confirm the delivery. Every listing states its delivery time before you pay.

Using the site — creating an account, placing an order, paying — means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

2. What is being sold

A listing gives you access credentials to a game account and the content on it as described on the listing page. Numbers on a listing — level, rank, skins, currency — are read from account data, not copied from a seller's description.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Epic Games, Riot Games, Valve, Supercell, Roblox Corporation, HoYoverse or any other publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. The risk you accept

Publishers generally prohibit transferring accounts in their own terms of service. A transferred account can be suspended or closed by the publisher at any time, and no marketplace — ours included — can prevent that or overturn it.

You accept this risk when you buy. What we do control we state plainly: the account is delivered as described, the credentials work at the moment of delivery, and the seller is paid only after that is confirmed. What happens between you and the publisher afterwards is outside our reach.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are younger, you may use the service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

One person, one account. Accounts created to evade a ban, a chargeback decision or a payout hold will be closed.

5. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include our fees. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment the order is created and is stored with it — a refund is calculated at the rate of the transaction, not at today's rate.

A contract is formed when payment is confirmed by the payment provider, not when the item is placed in the cart. Until then a reserved item is held for a limited time and returns to the shelf if payment does not arrive.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not receive or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Every listing is handed over within the delivery time shown on it: the credentials appear on your order page.

Seller listings are delivered under escrow. The seller submits the credentials, you receive them, and you have a confirmation window to check the account against the description. The seller's payout stays frozen until you confirm or the window expires.

If a delivery does not arrive within the stated window, or the credentials do not work, open the order and raise the issue there. Orders we cannot resolve automatically go to manual review rather than being silently cancelled.

7. Refunds

You are entitled to a refund when the account was not delivered, cannot be accessed with the credentials we provided, or differs materially from the listing description.

A refund is not available once the account has been used and altered in ways that cannot be undone — in particular after you change the email, password or linked accounts, since at that point the item cannot be returned to the seller in the state it was sold.

Digital goods delivered immediately are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, and you agree to that when you place the order. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty or not as described.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The deadlines for filing and reviewing a claim, the refund period and where the money goes are set out in the Refund Policy (raidcal.com/pt/refunds), which forms part of these terms.

8. Your obligations after delivery

Secure the account immediately: change the password, replace the recovery email where the listing allows it, and enable two-factor authentication.

Do not share the credentials. An account that circulates between several people is an account whose original owner can recover it, and we cannot compensate for that.

Chargebacks are not a support channel, and you undertake to write to our support before raising one. A case we can see is a case we can fix — and a refund we issue ourselves reaches you faster than one a bank decides on.

Raising a chargeback on a delivered order while a dispute is open with us leads to account closure and, where the amount justifies it, to recovery of the funds.

9. Selling on RaidCal

You may only list accounts you own and are entitled to transfer. Listing stolen, recovered or already-sold accounts ends the seller's participation and, where relevant, is reported.

Listings must match the account. Our commission is stated in the seller dashboard and deducted at payout.

Proceeds are held after delivery and released once the buyer confirms or the confirmation window closes. Funds relating to a disputed order stay on hold until the dispute is resolved.

10. Prohibited use

  • circumventing fees or moving a deal off the platform after contact was made through it;
  • fraudulent payments, stolen payment instruments, or coordinated chargebacks;
  • automated scraping of the catalogue, credential stuffing, or attacks on the service;
  • reselling access that you obtained through an unresolved dispute or a reversed payment.

Access to the service is not permission to break the law. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your own use of it, and of anything you obtain through it, under the law that applies where you are — including the rules of the publisher whose account you buy.

11. Intellectual property

The site itself — its catalogue copy, guides, comparisons, graphics and code — belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or load it into a competing catalogue.

Game names, logos, artwork and in-game content belong to their publishers. Nothing here transfers any right in them, to you or to us, beyond the sale of the account described in the listing.

12. Liability

The service and the material on it are provided "as is". We do not promise that it will match your expectations, that buying an account will produce any particular result in a game, or that the site will run without interruption or error.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for publisher action against an account, for loss of in-game progress or items after delivery, or for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or that a payment provider or authority requires us to act on. Where the breach is not fraud, we tell you why.

You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Closure does not cancel obligations that arose before it — an open dispute or a pending payout is settled first.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which they live.

Before going to court, write to us — most disputes are resolved by looking at the order log, and we would rather do that than argue.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site, and the version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version. The date of the last change is at the top of this page.

Questions about these terms: [email protected].

Payments on RaidCal are taken by third-party payment providers, including Heleket. The provider that handled a given order is named on the order itself, and it is the provider — not us — that receives and holds your card details.

16. Notice of non-affiliation and trademarks

The Platform is an independent service provider. It is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized or sponsored by any third-party company, publisher, developer, rights holder or franchise owner.

That includes, without limitation, Epic Games, Riot Games, Valve, Supercell, Roblox Corporation, HoYoverse, KRAFTON, Wargaming, Electronic Arts, Blizzard Entertainment, Rockstar Games, Mojang Studios and Bungie. Where a game, a publisher or a product is named anywhere on the Platform — in a listing, on a shelf, in a guide or in a comparison — it is named to identify what is being offered, and for no other purpose.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names and copyrighted materials referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative and informational — the use that identifies the goods of the trademark owner, permitted under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 and its equivalents elsewhere — and it does not imply any association, approval or endorsement by or with any third party.

The Platform does not claim ownership of any user-submitted or third-party copyrighted content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. Users are solely responsible for holding the rights, permissions and licences for anything they publish here, including screenshots, descriptions and account data.

Nothing on the Platform, and nothing in these terms, establishes a partnership, joint venture, sponsorship, affiliation, association, agency or employment relationship with any third party — or between us and a user. We and every user of the Platform are independent of one another.

A rights holder who believes something here infringes their rights should write to [email protected]; the Report Abuse page states what to include. We remove what infringes.
